How to create Bug report after lock error?

 

The bug means a non-confirmed error by the testing team that will be delivered to the development team.

When we report a bug to development then we will create separate documents to explain about Bug.

Now I am providing a sample format to track Bug:-

 Steps to reproduce

> select one category

> select one sub-category

> click on the search button

> not Display record

 Expected result

display all location record when we select only category and subcategory

 Actual result

It provides error
