Salary                    : 2.4 LPA

 

Qualification: (B.E/B Tech/MCA/M-tech)– 2019, 20 & 2021 passed outs only :

·         Candidate should be trained in JAVA/PYTHON/SQL/Data Science

·         Good understanding in IT technologies

Ksolves Hiring Freshers for "Software Developer"


Looking for Fresher candidates. Should have good technical knowledge with excellent coding skills. Good communication skills both written and verbal.


Job Functions/Responsibilities-

  • Looking for experts in various technologies like Salesforce, ROR, Python, Java AngularJS, ReactJS, Android, IOS and NodeJS.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
  • Should have good technical knowledge with excellent coding skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Work in a challenging environment in terms of quality and quantity to address ongoing client needs.
  • Plan and implement integration between proposed development and existing systems in terms of hardware and software platform.
  • Take ownership of assumed tasks, provide tests, implementation and support plans at a multi-tier level.
  • Should have their own laptop and proper internet connectivity

Post Dated Cheque(PDC) Pointers:

Why it is necessary to submit: 
  • Company as part of new joiner training would be incurring material amounts of investments in form of but not limited to on-job training, classroom training, and hardware & software costs. 
  • As a fresher, the company will be providing you training for a period of time and will train you as per the project requirements as well, so for the security we will be taking the PDC on the date of joining.
  • It implies a written communication from your end to the recipient(Ksolves) asking to wait till the Bond completion duration and the cheque will be considered as a security Deposit cheque.

What we will do with the cheque: 
  • Cheque submitted by you will be secured with us till the Bond period, it will be returned to you upon completion of Bond period. 
Consequence of the Breaking the Bond:
  • In case you resign with Ksolves India Ltd. within 24 months ; you would be liable to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Company as compensation of such costs.You are required to submit a cheque of Rs 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) in name of “Ksolves India Limited” with blank date. Same will be returned to you upon completion of the contract period. 
  •   In case if you have infracted the term of Bond or get absconded, Ksolves Legal Department will get in touch with you to ensure that bond amount is present in your account, you will be given 7-10 days to get your account reflected with the desired amount as well.

Note: It is not important to maintain 1 lakh balance during the 2 year duration
