AGILE MODEL:-
This model is used to provide flexibility to the Client because the Client can take feedback for each iteration of the project.
Agile provides an incremental approach to developing a software application .it split the software into different modules which will be developed by multiple teams.
The team has a manager, developer, tester, and other team members to work on the project module. After the satisfaction of the client project module will be installed into the client machine.
Project Module analyses are called sprint and the manager of the module is called scrum manager.
